Training programme

We run a successful apprenticeship scheme that leads to full chartered RICS membership. Every year we recruit new members of staff who wish to train as chartered surveyors.  We offer a fully funded part-time degree course at London Southbank University and provide day-release. During this time we will give you our full support and provide valuable on the job training to complement your studies. This means that, once you have graduated, you will feel confident to take up your role with us as a fully qualified quantity surveyor. With the ever-increasing cost of full-time undergraduate university education competition for our training places is keen.

Staff development

We run a continuing professional development (CPD) programme for all staff, comprising lunchtime seminars presented by other members of our staff or industry colleagues.
